Trip Overview
Shri 1008 Munisuvrat Nath Digambar Jain Atishay Kshetra in Jahazpur (Bhilwara) is a modern-day miracle. In 2013, during the construction of a house, a magnificent ancient black stone idol of Lord Munisuvrat Nath emerged from the earth. Since then, millions of devotees have flocked here to witness the “Swayambhu” (self-manifested) idol. To honor the town’s name (Jahaz means Ship), the new temple is being built in the shape of a colossal Ship, complete with decks and masts, appearing to sail through the Aravalli hills. It is a breathtaking fusion of ancient faith and modern architectural imagination.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why is it called Jahazpur?
The town's fort is built on a hill that resembles the shape of a ship (Jahaz). The new temple architects honored this history by building the temple in the literal shape of a ship.
What is the miracle story?
In 2013, a local resident had a dream about an idol underground. When they dug at the spot, they found a pristine black stone idol of Lord Munisuvrat Nath, unharmed by the heavy machinery. This "Atishay" (Miracle) brought Jahazpur to global fame.
Is there a place to stay?
Yes, the temple has a massive, modern Dharamshala with AC rooms for pilgrims who wish to stay overnight.
Can we combine this with Menal or Bundi?
Yes. Jahazpur is on the way to Bundi (approx. 1 hour more). We can easily extend the trip to include the beautiful Bundi Fort & Stepwells or the Menal Waterfalls. This would make it a 14-hour long day trip.
Is the road good?
Yes. The Jaipur-Deoli stretch (NH-52) is excellent. From Deoli to Jahazpur (approx. 20 km), it is a single-lane state road but decent.
Can we do Abhishek Puja?
Yes. Shanti Dhara and Abhishek are performed in the morning. You must wear fresh, unstitched clothes (Dhoti/Dupatta) to participate.
