Trip Overview
Shri Kalyan Ji Temple in Diggi (Tonk District) is one of the most revered temples in Rajasthan. Dedicated to Lord Vishnu, this temple is famous for the massive “Diggi Padyatra” (Walking Pilgrimage) held every monsoon, where millions of devotees walk from Jaipur to Diggi carrying saffron flags. It is believed that Lord Kalyan Ji cures all ailments—physical and mental—and grants prosperity. On this private day trip, you will drive through the rustic heart of Rajasthan to bow before the 5,600-year-old idol (as per legend) and experience the raw, powerful devotion of the rural masses.

Enter the temple courtyard. The sound of bells and the chanting of “Jai Kalyan Dhani Ki” fills the air. Stand before the deity. The idol is majestic, adorned in bright fabrics and flowers. Close your eyes and make your wish. After prayers, perform the Parikrama (circumambulation) of the main shrine.

The road is a State Highway (SH-12). It is a single-lane road passing through villages. It is decent but not as fast as the National Highways.
