Frequently Asked Questions

Is the Taj Mahal open every day?

No. The Taj Mahal is closed on Fridays. Please plan your Agra trip on any other day. Agra Fort and other monuments remain open on Fridays.

What is the best time to leave for Agra?

To beat the Delhi traffic and the crowds at the Taj, we recommend starting at 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM. This gets you to Agra by 10:00 AM comfortably via the Expressway.

Do you provide guides in Agra and Mathura?

Yes. We can arrange government-approved guides who meet you directly at the monument. This saves you from touts and ensures you get accurate history.

Can I do a day trip to Ranthambhore from Delhi?

It is very difficult by car (6-7 hours one way). For a day trip, we recommend Sariska Tiger Reserve instead, which is much closer (3-4 hours). If you must see Ranthambhore, we suggest at least an overnight trip.

Is it safe for solo female travelers?

Yes. We specialize in safe travel. For solo female guests, we assign our most senior and trusted drivers and keep 24/7 phone tracking on the vehicle.

Can we visit Mathura and Agra in one day?

It is possible but very rushed. We recommend doing them separately to enjoy them fully. However, if you are short on time, we can stop at Sikandra or a quick temple visit in Mathura on the way back from Agra.
