Why we curated this specific route?

“The Landscape Lover’s Choice.”

This is our most visually diverse itinerary. You start in Udaipur, the Venice of the East, surrounded by lakes and green hills. You then move north to Jodhpur, the rocky Blue City. Finally, you end deep in the Thar Desert at Jaisalmer.

We curated this route for travelers who want to see the changing face of Rajasthan. It’s not just about forts; it’s about the journey from water to sand. Plus, we have added Kumbhalgarh Fort (The Great Wall of India) en route, which many standard tours miss.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can we start this tour from Jodhpur?

Yes, but we recommend starting in Udaipur because it has better flight connectivity for arrival. Also, the transition from Green Hills -> Desert feels more natural than the other way around.

Can we skip the Camel Ride?

Yes. If you prefer not to ride a camel, we can arrange a Jeep Safari (4x4) to take you into the dunes. Or you can simply walk on the sand and enjoy the sunset.

Is Jaisalmer safe for tourists?

Extremely safe. It is a small, friendly town. Our desert camps are secure, fenced, and family-friendly with modern amenities.

Is the drive from Udaipur to Jodhpur tiring?

It is a long day (7-8 hours) because we stop at Ranakpur and Kumbhalgarh. However, the road through the Aravalli hills is scenic and beautiful, so it doesn't feel monotonous.

What if my flight is from Jodhpur at the end?

No problem. On Day 7, we will drive you from Jaisalmer directly to Jodhpur Airport. The drive takes about 4.5 to 5 hours on excellent roads. We advise booking a flight after 4:00 PM.

Can we add Mount Abu to this trip?

Yes. You can add Mount Abu (Rajasthan's only hill station) before Udaipur. This would require adding 2 extra days to the itinerary.
