Trip Overview
Pushkar is more than just a pilgrimage; it is a feeling. Unlike the busy cities of Rajasthan, Pushkar is a small, whitewashed town wrapped around a holy lake. It is believed that Lord Brahma (The Creator) dropped a lotus flower here, creating the lake. On this day trip, you will visit the Jagatpita Brahma Mandir (one of the very few in the world), take a holy walk around the 52 Ghats of the lake, and experience the panoramic views from the Savitri Temple Ropeway. The town also has a unique “hippie” vibe with colorful markets selling rose water, incense, and silver jewelry. It is a day of peace, prayer, and panoramic views.

Timeline & Itinerary
09:00 AM: The Morning Drive
Your private chauffeur arrives at your hotel in Jaipur. We begin the drive on the NH-48, cruising past the Aravalli hills and the marble city of Kishangarh. The drive is smooth and comfortable, giving you time to relax or watch the Rajasthan countryside roll by.
12:00 PM: The Temple of the Creator
Welcome to the holy town. We head straight to the Brahma Temple. Identify it by its red spire and the symbol of the Hans (Swan). Climb the marble steps and offer your prayers to Lord Brahma. The spiritual energy here is distinct and powerful.
01:00 PM: A Satvik Feast (Lunch)
Pushkar is a holy city, so the food here is strictly vegetarian. We stop at a recommended local restaurant or a rooftop café. Enjoy a traditional Rajasthani Thali or wood-fired pizza (Pushkar is famous for its cafes!). (Lunch is Direct Payment).
02:00 PM: The Lake & The Ghats
After lunch, we walk down to the Pushkar Lake. The atmosphere is serene. You will see pilgrims taking a holy dip and sadhus in meditation. We take a slow walk around the main ghats (Varaha Ghat or Brahma Ghat). You can sit by the water and soak in the peace.
03:30 PM: The Ropeway Adventure
We drive to the base of the Ratnagiri Hill. Hop onto the Ropeway (Cable Car) for a thrilling ride up to the Savitri Mata Temple. The temple is dedicated to Brahma’s first wife. The view from the top is breathtaking—you can see the entire curvature of the lake and the edge of the Thar Desert.
05:00 PM: The Market Stroll
Before we leave, take a stroll through the narrow, colorful Pushkar Market. It is a great place to buy silver jewelry, tie-dye clothes, and rose products. The vibe here is vibrant and friendly.
05:30 PM: The Return Journey
As the temple bells start ringing for the evening, we begin our drive back to Jaipur.
08:30 PM: Doorstep Drop-off
We arrive back in Jaipur. We drop you right at your hotel or the airport, ending a day of spirituality and sightseeing.
