Why we curated this specific route?

“The Path Less Traveled.”

Most tourists drive straight from Udaipur to Jodhpur, missing the hidden gems in between.

We created this route to slow you down. Instead of rushing, you stop at Kumbhalgarh to see the Great Wall of India. Then, you spend two nights in Jawai, a unique landscape where leopards and shepherds live side-by-side. It is rugged, scenic, and far less crowded than the main cities. This is the Rajasthan that photographers and nature lovers dream of.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the chances of seeing a Leopard in Jawai?

Very high. Jawai has a high density of leopards, and since the terrain is open rocks (not dense forest), they are easier to spot than tigers. Our drivers know the caves where they rest.

Can we start this tour from Jodhpur?

Yes. The route works perfectly in reverse: Jodhpur ➝ Jawai ➝ Kumbhalgarh ➝ Udaipur.

What vehicle is used for the Bishnoi Safari?

We use an Open Gypsy (Jeep) for the Bishnoi Village Safari. This allows you to go off-road into the fields to spot blackbucks and visit the interiors of the tribal villages.

Is Jawai safe?

Yes. The leopards of Jawai are known as "Ghost Cats" and are unique because they live peacefully near human settlements. There has been no history of conflict with tourists.

Is Kumbhalgarh worth the stop?

Absolutely. The wall is magnificent, and the view from the top is one of the best in Rajasthan. Staying there overnight allows you to see the fort illuminated in the evening.

What is the best time to visit?

October to March is ideal. Jawai can get quite hot in the summer (April-June), making afternoon safaris uncomfortable, though sightings remain good near water bodies.
