Why we curated this specific route?
“The Complete Geography Tour.”‘
We made this route for travelers who want to see different types of nature in one short trip. You do not just see forts; you see the water (Udaipur), the mountains (Mount Abu), and the sand (Osian near Jodhpur). Instead of driving all the way to Jaisalmer for the desert, we included the Osian sand dunes near Jodhpur. This saves you a lot of driving time and gives you the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can we start the tour in Jodhpur instead?
Yes. We can run this tour in reverse. You can arrive in Jodhpur, go to Osian, then Mount Abu, and end your trip in Udaipur.
Are the desert camps in Osian safe and clean?
Yes, absolutely. We use good quality "Swiss Tents." They are very safe, perfect for families, and have proper beds and attached western bathrooms.
What kind of clothes should we pack?
Wear comfortable, light cotton clothes for the daytime. You should pack a light sweater for Mount Abu. If you are traveling in the winter, you must bring a warm jacket for the desert camp at night.
How is the Osian desert different from Jaisalmer?
Osian has smaller sand dunes compared to Jaisalmer. However, it is only 1.5 hours away from Jodhpur. Jaisalmer is 5 hours away. Osian is perfect if you want a desert experience without a long drive.
Is the boat ride in Udaipur private?
The tour includes a shared boat ride on Lake Pichola. If you want a private boat just for your family, we can arrange it for an extra cost.
Do I have to ride a camel in the desert?
No. If you do not want to ride a camel, you can book a 4x4 Jeep Safari for an extra cost, or you can just relax at the camp and watch the sunset over the sand.
