“The Perfect Blend of Royals and Roars.”
Most travelers stick only to the big cities when visiting North India, completely missing out on the incredible wildlife the country has to offer. You start by exploring the massive Mughal architecture and busy, colorful streets of Delhi.
Then, you drive into the royal heart of Rajasthan to see the magnificent hilltop forts and vibrant markets of Jaipur. Finally, we take you away from the city noise and straight into the deep, dry jungles of Ranthambhore. Frequently Asked Questions
What is a Canter Safari in Ranthambhore?
A Canter is a large, open-air safari vehicle that seats about 20 people. It is very safe, sits high off the ground giving you a great view of the forest, and is perfect for exploring the tiger reserve.
Can we upgrade to a private Jeep for the safari?
Yes! We can upgrade your safari from a shared Canter to a private 6-seater Gypsy (Jeep) for an extra cost. Jeep safaris sell out very fast, so you must book this upgrade months in advance.
Is it safe to walk in Chandni Chowk?
Yes, it is very safe, but it is extremely crowded and busy. Our guide will be with you at all times to help you walk through the narrow lanes easily and safely.
What are the chances of seeing a tiger?
Ranthambhore has a very healthy tiger population, and sightings are common. However, they are wild animals, so seeing one depends on luck and nature. Even without a tiger, the forest and other wildlife are beautiful.
Can we return to Delhi at the end of the tour?
Yes. The drive from Ranthambhore back to Delhi takes about 7 to 8 hours. If your return flight is from Delhi, we can easily drop you there instead of Jaipur for an extra travel cost.
What clothes should we pack for the safari?
Wear comfortable, dull-colored clothes (like green, brown, or khaki) so you blend in with the forest. If you are traveling in the winter months (November to February), you must bring a very warm jacket, hat, and gloves because the open forest gets freezing cold in the morning and evening.
