Why We Curated This Specific Route

This is the most popular “Cool & Calm” itinerary in Rajasthan. We designed this 4-day trip to offer a break from the desert heat by combining the two most scenic destinations in the state.

  • The “Fire & Ice” Combo: You experience the royal warmth and history of Udaipur (The City of Lakes) and then ascend to the cool heights of Mount Abu (The Only Hill Station in Rajasthan).

  • Cultural Depth: Beyond the palaces, we include visits to Shilpgram and Bhartiya Lok Kala Mandal to ensure you connect with the vibrant folk arts and rural life of Mewar.

  • Marble Masterpieces: You will see two different styles of architecture—the grand Rajput style of the City Palace and the intricate, lace-like marble work of the Dilwara Jain Temples.

The Detailed Itinerary

Day 01: Udaipur – Arrival & The Sunset Glide

Welcome to the most romantic city in India. Upon your arrival at Udaipur airport or railway station, our representative will meet you for a smooth transfer to your hotel. Take the afternoon to settle in and shake off the travel fatigue.

In the evening, we head to Lake Pichola for the highlight of your arrival: a private Boat Ride. As the sun sets, the water turns golden, and the illuminated City Palace and Jag Mandir look like floating jewels. It is the perfect gentle introduction to the city.

In the evening, we shift focus to culture. We visit Bhartiya Lok Kala Mandal (famous for puppets) and the Shilpgram crafts village. Here, you can see traditional rural life, buy direct from artisans, and watch live folk performances.

We then visit the world-famous Dilwara Jain Temples. The marble carving here is so fine it defies belief. Later, we visit the peculiar Toad Rock and enjoy a walk around Nakki Lake, the heart of the town. We end the day at Sunset Point, watching the sun dip behind the endless mountain ranges.
