Why We Curated This Specific Route

A 2-day tour covers the monuments, but this 3-day journey covers the soul of Jaipur. We designed this itinerary for travelers who want to go beyond the guidebook.

  • The “New” Jaipur: Most tours skip the modern marvels. We dedicate Day 1 evening to Patrika Gate (Rajasthan’s most colorful corridor) and Albert Hall at night, which looks like a glowing jewel.

  • The Morning Ritual: The highlight of this tour is the Day 3 Heritage Walk. While other tourists are sleeping, you will walk the waking streets of the Old City and witness the grand Aarti at Govind Dev Ji Temple—the true patron deity of Jaipur.

  • Complete Heritage: You don’t just see the palaces; you see the Jagat Shiromani Temple and the intricate Jantar Mantar without rushing, giving you time to appreciate the science and art.

The Detailed Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival & The Modern Marvels

Welcome to the Pink City. Upon your arrival at Jaipur airport or railway station, our representative will meet you for a smooth transfer to your hotel. After freshening up, we begin with the “New City” landmarks. First, the stunning Albert Hall Museum, known for its Indo-Saracenic architecture (it looks magical at twilight).

We pass the Statue Circle and the grand New Vidhan Sabha (Legislative Assembly) before visiting the serene, white marble Birla Mandir. We end the evening at Patrika Gate – a stunning series of hand-painted archways that capture the history of Rajasthan in vibrant colors. It is the perfect introduction to the city’s artistic spirit.

Day Highlights:

  • VIP Meet & Greet at Jaipur Airport/Station.

  • Visit the historic Albert Hall Museum.

  • Seek peace at the white marble Birla Mandir.

  • Photography Spot: The colorful Patrika Gate.

  • Relaxed evening to settle in.

Day 02: The Royal Core | Forts & Astronomy

Today is dedicated to the legends of the Rajput Kings. We start with a photo stop at the iconic Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds). Then, we head to the majestic Amber Fort. You can ascend the hill by Jeep, admiring the massive ramparts and the glittering Sheesh Mahal (Mirror Palace). On the way down, we stop at the ancient Jagat Shiromani Temple and the Jal Mahal (Water Palace).

In the afternoon, we explore the City Palace, a blend of Mughal and Rajput architecture, and the Jantar Mantar, a UNESCO World Heritage observatory featuring the world’s largest stone sundial. The evening is free for you to explore the colorful bazaars of the Pink City.

Day Highlights:

  • Explore the massive Amber Fort & Sheesh Mahal.

  • Visit the ancient Jagat Shiromani Temple.

  • Photo stop at Jal Mahal & Hawa Mahal.

  • Explore City Palace & Jantar Mantar.

  • Evening shopping in the local Bazaars.

Day 02: The Soul of Jaipur | Heritage Walk & Departure

We start early to see a side of Jaipur most tourists miss. We take you on a Guided Heritage Walk through the Old City. Watch the city wake up – flower sellers, milkmen, and temple bells. We visit the Govind Dev Ji Temple for the morning Darshan, witnessing the deep devotion of the locals.

After the walk, we return to the hotel for a hearty breakfast. We then check out and transfer you to the Jaipur airport or railway station for your onward journey, leaving you with a deeper understanding of Jaipur’s traditions, not just its stone walls.

Day Highlights:

  • Exclusive: Morning Heritage Walk in the Old City.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is special about the "Heritage Walk"?

Unlike a car tour, the walk takes you into the narrow lanes (galis) of the walled city. You see traditional craftsmen, sweet makers, and the architecture of old havellis up close. It is the most authentic way to see Jaipur.

Is 3 days too much for Jaipur?

Not at all. 2 days feels rushed. 3 days allows you to see the "outskirts" like Patrika Gate and Jagat Shiromani Temple without exhaustion. It is the ideal duration for a relaxed holiday.

Can we visit Chokhi Dhani?

Yes. Since you are staying for 2 nights, you have a free evening on Day 2. We can drive you to Chokhi Dhani (an ethnic village resort) for a traditional dinner. Just let us know in advance!

Can we skip the early morning start on Day 3?

Yes, if you prefer to sleep in, we can move the Heritage Walk to a later time or swap it for shopping. However, we highly recommend the morning slot to beat the traffic and heat.

Do you pick up from the Railway Station?

Yes, we provide door-to-door service. Whether you arrive by flight (JAI) or train (JP Junction), our driver will pick you up.

Is the Govind Dev Ji Temple open to everyone?

Yes, it is open to all faiths. It is located inside the City Palace complex. The morning Aarti (prayer ceremony) is a powerful spiritual experience with hundreds of locals chanting together.
